Surge of Memories..

LT. "Lightning American" Surge was always a subject of fascination for me. Even when playing the original Pokemon Red on my brick Game Boy back in like 4th grade or so, I remember thinking that it was weird about him talking about how he used Pokemon in an actual war.. he didn't seem to have the appropriate level of post-war trauma either, so here he is, sitting in a bar with Red talking about his past experience in Poke-combat.
